The Challenge
Develop a custom regulatory software.
Scope of work
Being able to quickly respond to user stories and meet deadlines for all the due dates and product deliverables. Creating a sound and scalable architecture.
The project
Alset has worked to develop a business system, which includes an e-commerce system with Salesforce implementation. Additionally, we have been involved in maintaining user story development, product development, front-end and back-end development, database development, and testing. Mainly utilizing ASP.NET, C#, SQL, Python, Angular, and JavaScript.

How did Alset perform from a project management standpoint?
The team is very good at keeping our project organized and on track to make sure we meet our deadlines. We manage the process through Azure DevOps and mainly communicate on Microsoft Teams.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed with their organizational skills, ability to stay on schedule, and the quality of their code.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything they need to improve on.

To get the best value out of the partnership, I would advise you to come into the project with more specific requirements.
